A leading financial services environment is seeking a driven Bond Originator to join their team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with home loan applications, securing the best possible financing options, and managing the process from application through to approval.
This role offers a hybrid working environment with flexibility and strong earning potential through commission.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with home loan (bond) applications
- Conduct affordability assessments and gather required documentation
- Liaise with major banks and financial institutions
- Submit and track bond applications through to approval
- Provide clients with feedback and guidance throughout the process
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, developers, and clients
- Ensure all applications comply with regulatory and lending requirements
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Bond Originator or in home loans
- Strong understanding of the mortgage/bond application process
- Existing network with estate agents (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Own transport and valid driver’s license
- Matric (Relevant qualification advantageous)
